Maxey's Farm Shop

Maxey's is a working family farm on the A617 at Kirklington, between Newark and Mansfield, with a farm shop, a Kitchen restaurant serving breakfast and lunch, and a gift and home shop in the old farm shop building called The Barn. Each October it opens a home-grown pumpkin field where visitors pick their own pumpkins, with tractor rides, a maize maze and food stalls. Three generations of the Maxey family are involved in growing the pumpkins.
