Welcome to Plaw Hatch Farm

Plaw Hatch Farm is a 200-acre community-owned biodynamic farm on the edge of the Ashdown Forest near Sharpthorne, owned by a charitable trust. It keeps a dairy herd, beef cattle, sheep, pigs and laying hens, and has a 12-acre vegetable garden. The farm shop, set up over forty years ago, sells its own raw milk, cheese, yoghurt, meat, eggs and vegetables alongside organic produce from local suppliers, and there is a coffee barn on site.
