Butchers and farmers in Launceston, Cornwall, trading since 1880 and run by the Warren family since 1979. They farm a holding in the Tamar Valley and buy from around 100 independent farms, selling native-breed meat that is dry aged on the bone and cut to order. The Pennygillam shop also has a hot food counter and carvery, and the site offers online ordering, click and collect and local delivery.
