Wass Farm, in the Howardian Hills of North Yorkshire, makes small-batch charcuterie from Mangalitsa and Middle White pigs raised outdoors on woodland and pasture, plus wild venison from the surrounding woodland. Run by Annabelle and Nick, it sells salami, coppa, chorizo, nduja, pancetta, guanciale and bresaola online. The site says its Mangalitsa Fennel Salami and Mangalitsa Coppa won Double 3-Star Great Taste Awards in 2026.
