Welcome to Wenlock Edge Farm

Wenlock Edge Farm is a Shropshire pig farm that makes its own pork products, including fresh pork, dry-cured bacon, sausages, ham, black pudding and a range of British charcuterie such as salamis and air-dried meats. The farm shop, rebuilt in May 2026, also stocks locally sourced chicken, beef, pork pies and artisan products from local producers. They sell online, at farmers markets and wholesale, and have been trading since the 1990s.
