Welcome to Deer & Dexter
Deer & Dexter is run by Jane Emerson and Peter Stoeken on a 210-acre farm near Penrith, on the northern edge of the Lake District national park. They rear Red deer and Dexter cattle and prepare the meat in their own on-farm butchery and licensed slaughterhouse. Meat is sold online for UK delivery, for collection from the farm, and at farmers markets.
