Welcome to Ty Gwyn Cider

Ty Gwyn Cider is a craft cider maker at Penylan Farm near Pontrilas, between Abergavenny and Hereford. Alex Culpin presses local apples on site and makes bottled ciders, draught cider and perry, started by his stepfather James McConnel, who grew cider apples in the Monnow Valley from 1969. The farm cider shop and bar sells ciders, perry, T-shirts, gifts, snacks and local produce, and ciders can also be ordered online.
