About us

Welcome to Model Farm Shop

Model Farm is a Hereford cattle farm on the edge of Ross-on-Wye, run by Simon Cutter. It is the base for a co-operative of pasture-fed, organic and traditional farmers and free-range pork and poultry producers. It sells beef, lamb, mutton, pork and chicken, plus pantry items, from the farm shop and by UK delivery or courier.
