Bucksum

Bucksum rents 16 acres of the 100-acre Shabbington Field Farm near Long Crendon, cropping about 4 acres a year using traditional crop rotation. The farm shop sells fresh seasonal vegetables grown on the farm alongside local produce, with a changing line-up of pop-up producers on Saturday mornings. Pre-order seasonal veg bags are available for Wednesday collection, and the farm sells its Cooking with Bucksum book.
