Gower Salt Marsh Lamb

Family-run business, established in 2004, that sells lamb from sheep born on its farms and grazed on the Gower salt marsh. Lamb is butchered at a converted farm building at Weobley Castle Farm and sold online as single cuts, variety packs, whole/half/quarter boxes and subscription boxes, with seasonal samphire available from the Castle Farm shop. It also supplies restaurants and attends local food events.
