Welsh Wagyu

Welsh Wagyu is a small working farm at Berthllwyd Farm, Moelfre, near Oswestry, rearing 100% grass-fed cattle, mainly Wagyu with some Aberdeen Angus. Beef is dry-aged for at least 3-4 weeks and sold nose to tail, including less common cuts such as ox tongue, beef cheek and hanger steak. Sales are direct to consumers, with collection by prior appointment or UK delivery (additional £25+VAT, minimum spend £100 plus delivery).
