Greenways Eggs

Greenways Eggs was founded in 1939 by Thomas Fish on a smallholding near Harlow, Essex, producing milk and eggs and farming pigs and rabbits. In 1969 David Fish moved the business to Camp Farm at Hatfield Heath near Bishop's Stortford. Simon Fish, who joined in 1980, sells eggs to the wholesale trade, supplying small local businesses and larger outlets across London and the Home Counties.
