Welcome to Hardiesmill Ethical Scotch Beef

Hardiesmill is a family farm of about 482 acres in the Scottish Borders, run by Robin and Alison Tuke. It rears a herd of pedigree Aberdeen Angus cattle on grass, grass silage and hay only. The cattle are born, reared and butchered on the farm. A small shop next to the butchery sells the farm's beef alongside products from other local producers, and the farm also sells at Kelso Farmers Market.
