Welcome to Highland Croft Produce
Small family-run croft on the banks of Loch Shin, near Lairg in Sutherland, rearing Highland lamb and venison on a natural diet of heather, herbs and grasses. Meat is sold directly to the public and delivered fresh overnight from the croft. The business was set up around the time of Foot and Mouth and works with local crofters to create markets for their livestock.
