About us
Welcome to Caithness Summer Fruits
Caithness Summer Fruits was established by George and Trisha Sutherland in 1992 and has offered fruit and preserves since 2003. They grow berries at Berry Croft, selling them fresh or using them in small-batch jams, marmalades and chutneys, buying in from other Highland growers when needed. Preserves are sold online and supplied to local cafes, restaurants, shows and Highland Games along the NC500.
