Welcome to Dà Mhìle Distillery (Glynhynod Farm)
Dà Mhìle is an organic distillery on the Savage-Onstwedder family's Glynhynod Farm in Ceredigion, which the family has run since 1981 and which also makes Caws Teifi raw milk cheese. The small farm shop sells all of the distillery's spirits along with Caws Teifi cheese, Glynhynod organic beef and other Welsh products. Spirits are also sold online and the farm hosts tastings and events.
