Prendergast Butchers

Prendergast Butchers is run by the Wolsey family (Chris, Rachel and sons Tom and Mark), who have farmed in Pembrokeshire for almost 50 years producing grass-fed beef and lamb from traditional British breeds. Their meat is dry aged for at least 32 days and sold through an online shop, freshly prepared and dispatched in cool boxes, alongside ready meals and pantry items from the farm or selected local suppliers. The farm cites Soil Association, Farm Assured Welsh Livestock and Little Red Tractor certification.
