Knockraich Farm (Katy Rodger's Artisan Dairy and Courtyard Cafe)

Knockraich Farm is a family dairy farm in the Endrick Valley near Fintry. The Rodger family has owned it since 1955 and keeps a closed herd of about 60 British Friesian cattle. Their milk goes into Katy Rodger's Artisan Dairy products: yogurt, Crowdie cheese, ice cream and crème fraîche. The Courtyard Café and a farm shop sit alongside the dairy. The shop sells the dairy products, kitchen garden produce and farm orchard cider, plus cards, gifts and home items. The farm also has holiday apartments, the Tin Shed wedding venue and a soft furnishings showroom.
