Dunlop Dairy

Dunlop Dairy is a family-run farm at Clerkland Farm near Stewarton. It keeps about 30 Ayrshire cows and around 100 goats and makes seven farmhouse cheeses by hand, including Traditional Ayrshire Dunlop, which has PGI status. Cheesemaking began there in 1989. The cheese shop and tearoom sell the cheeses, free-range eggs and local deli goods, and serve homemade lunches, scones and afternoon tea.
