Roast Mutton is a whole-animal, nose-to-tail butcher based in Kendal, with a second shop, the Cumbrian Farm Shop, at Killerwick Grange near Dalton. It sells meat from local free-range Lake District farms, mainly native and heritage breeds, cut to customers' requirements. Its named suppliers include Spital Farm for beef, Johnscales Farm for rare-breed pork, and the Levens Estate for venison. The Kendal butcher opened in July 2021.
