Fen Farm Venison

Family-run deer farm at Horbling Fen, south Lincolnshire. The family has farmed the land for over 100 years and started keeping red deer in 1994. The herd is now about 200 hinds and followers. They butcher venison on site and sell steaks, joints, mince, and their own burgers and sausages. These are sold from the farm shop, at farmers' markets and by nationwide mail order. The farm also has a caravan site, an air gun shooting range and a dog walking paddock.
