Welcome to Oakes Farm Shop

Family-run farm shop, butchery and cafe at Balsall Common, opened to the public in January 2013 on a farm the Oakes family has worked for over 90 years. The shop sells local produce including its own award-winning sausages, bacon and burgers, lamb and beef reared on neighbouring land, daily bread from Andrew Davies Bakery, and cakes baked in house. The on-site cafe looks out over the Warwickshire countryside.
