The Bona Fide Farmers is run by Tim and Laura Farmer on a Staffordshire County Council farm holding at Audley, near Newcastle-under-Lyme. They rear beef, lamb and pork with an emphasis on taste, nutrition and a grass-fed option. They sell produce from the farm gate and send some of the herd to market.
