Welcome to Morgans Country Butchers
A family master butchery at The Chestnuts in Waters Upton, North Shropshire, run by fourth-generation butcher Darren Morgan. The site says the butchery has traded from these premises since 1856 and has grown from an abattoir into a retail farm shop. It does nose-to-tail craft butchery, curing, smoking and charcuterie, and its sausages have won national awards.
