Welcome to W.J Castle Burford (Jesse Smith)
W.J Castle in Burford is a High Street butcher and one of the Cotswold shops run by the family-owned Jesse Smith group, which is based in Cirencester. The group sells beef, pork and lamb, including dry-aged and hung cuts, plus deli and cooked items. The Burford and Northleach W.J Castle shops were bought by the Hawes family in the 1970s.
