About us
Welcome to Deersbrook Butchery & Farm Shop (Deersbrook Farm)
Deersbrook Farm is a third-generation family farm near Braintree that rears Native Sussex cattle on grass and keeps rare breed free-range pigs. The on-farm butchery and farm shop opened in December 2018 and sells the farm's dry-aged beef and pork, alongside lamb, poultry, game, local veg, sauces, wine and ales from other producers. Meat boxes are available for collection or national delivery, and the farm holds occasional farm-to-fork dining evenings.
