Welcome to The Farmers Butcher
The Farmers Butcher is a butchery and farm shop at Swallowfields Farm in the New Forest, run by Mike and Sarah Alexander, now in its 8th year of trading. It sells locally sourced beef, pork, lamb, poultry and bacon plus in-house made pies, quiches and sausage rolls, with an outdoor seating area for hot drinks and cake. It also offers online ordering with click and collect or local delivery, and butchery masterclasses.
