Welcome to Copas Farm Shop
Copas Farm Shop sells turkeys, heritage beef, dry-aged lamb and slow-grown chicken from the Copas family farm in Cookham, Berkshire. The family has farmed there since 1901. Turkey rearing began in 1957, and the birds are raised in small flocks on open pasture, hand-plucked and dry-aged. Orders are placed online for delivery or collection.
